Dental insurance can be complicated. We do our best to estimate your benefits as accurately as possible. These are only estimates and your actual fees may vary depending on insurance company and employer. The best way to get answers to your billing questions is to send an email to our office manager. She will review your account and get back to you promptly. If you bring your insurance coverage book to the office, it will greatly minimize insurance estimate errors.
Insurance is billed as a courtesy. You are responsible for all outstanding balances. Please check your "Estimation of Benefits" Handbook that is provided by your insurance company or employer.
